Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Irvine, CA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30 hours of availability per week. What We Offer: * Competitive compensation * Flexible hours * Clinical autonomy * A steady stream of referrals * Credentialing assistance * Billing and administrative support * Access to our full suite of digital tools and resources * Opportunities for professional development * A supportive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities: * Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients * Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice * Collaborate with other members of the clinical team Requirements: * Must hold a current, active license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) * Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families * Excellent clinical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Commitment to providing high-quality care * Must be able to work some evenings and/or weekends (at least 10 client hours per week required) * Must be able to provide 30 hours of availability per week to qualify for the ramp-up stipend * Experience with telehealth is a plus * Experience with electronic health records is a plus Compensation: * Competitive hourly rate based on experience. * Ramp-up stipend available for clinicians offering 30 hours of availability per week.
