Job description
Your New role...
As a Licensed Surveyor you are a purist in subdivisions. No strata, no construction work, no tedious small-scale jobs.
You will be responsible for producing plans for 100/300 lot subdivisions and instructing assistants and technicians to do the “grunt work” around it.
Established Company...
This established surveying firm has built a long standing business on catering to large land releases for public and private developers.
You will look after your own costings and budgets as well as small field teams to assist on your work outside the office.
Benefits...
Apart from that you will not have to manage staff or oversee the running of the business. Hours will generally be 8:00am-4:30pm and you have the full use of a dual cab ute including for extended personal use.
