Facility: GSS SD Canistota Ctr Location: Canistota, SD Address: 700 Main St, Canistota, SD 57012, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: PRN Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: 24.00 - 36.00 Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care settings. This includes but is not limited to: administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing basic care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. The LPN will also be responsible for documenting resident information accurately and thoroughly. Requirements: Must have a current LPN license from the state of South Dakota or other state where you are practicing. Must have at least 1 year of experience in long term care setting. Must be able to work varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
