Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview: Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Do you value the time you spend with your patients? Is it important to you that your patients and their families know and feel that you are with them? We are looking for hospice licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you’ll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, including but not limited to: administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
