Licensed Pharmacy Technician
Location: Winnipeg, MB (On-site)
Opportunity Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
About the Opportunity
Neobridge Healthcare is building a talent pool of Pharmacy Technicians in Winnipeg to support partner pharmacies with technical dispensing workflow, accuracy, and patient service.
In Manitoba, pharmacy technicians must be listed/registered with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM) to practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare prescriptions accurately (data entry, adjudication support, preparation/packaging, labeling) following established procedures.
- Support safe product and drug distribution, inventory management, and receiving/stock organization.
- Maintain accurate patient and prescription records in the pharmacy system and support audit-ready documentation.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacists and the pharmacy team to manage workflow and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide professional, respectful patient service at pickup/drop-off as applicable.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician listed/registered with CPhM (or eligibility to obtain).
- Familiarity with the technical scope of practice and distribution workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with pharmacy software systems.
