Job Title: Licensed Electrical Contractor Location: Remote (Mexico) Work Hours: U.S. business hours (PST preferred) About the Role The Electrical wing of Castellan Real Estate Partners is seeking a Licensed Electrical Contractor based in Mexico to work remotely in a customer-facing and dispatch-focused role. This position is responsible for conducting preliminary assessments of electrical work, communicating effectively with customers, and supporting scheduling and dispatching for field electricians. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct preliminary assessments of electrical work requests from customers, including reviewing job specifications, identifying potential issues, and providing recommendations for resolution. • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on the status of their work requests, and address any concerns or questions they may have. • Support scheduling and dispatching for field electricians by coordinating with them to ensure timely completion of work requests. • Collaborate with other departments within Castellan Real Estate Partners to resolve issues and improve processes. Requirements: • Must be a licensed electrical contractor in Mexico. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
