LSF is looking for a talented Bilingual Licensed Clinician who wants to make an impact in the lives of children and families. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English to Spanish! Purpose & Impact: Conducts mental health assessment and provides ongoing clinical services to the Unaccompanied Children (UC’s) referred to the Dream Center. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, develops and implements individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child. Provides crisis intervention and support to children and families as needed. Maintains accurate and timely records of all interactions with clients. Participates in regular supervision and consultation with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality services. Collaborates with other LSF programs and community agencies to provide comprehensive services to children and families. May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the program. May be required to travel within the state for training or meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
