Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling services as needed. Facilitate group therapy sessions for pediatric patients and their families. Develop and implement behavioral interventions to support pediatric patients' social-emotional development. Participate in case conferences and provide recommendations for patient care. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system to document patient information. Provide education and support to pediatric patients and their families on mental health topics and coping strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to provide referrals for pediatric patients and their families. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and program effectiveness. Job Requirements Active PA Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure. Master's degree in Social Work or related field required. 2+ years of experience working with pediatric population, preferably in outpatient setting. Strong understanding of child development and mental health theories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
