We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Outpatient team in Oregon City, OR. The ideal candidate will be a licensed psychologist with experience working with adults and/or children in an outpatient setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care. Responsibilities: • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for patients referred to our Outpatient program. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. • Provide psychotherapy services to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care. • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans. • Stay current with industry developments and best practices by attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences. Requirements: • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program. • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon. • At least 2 years of experience working with adults and/or children in an outpatient setting. • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
