About the Role: We are seeking a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career and cut their teeth in project management/oversight. In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing cadastral surveys, boundary determinations, and land development projects. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals while having the opportunity to grow your expertise and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct and oversee cadastral surveys and boundary determinations. * Prepare and review survey plats, legal descriptions, and other related documentation. * Liaise with clients, landowners, and regulatory agencies. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. * Mentor and guide junior surveyors. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications: * Licensed Cadastral Surveyor in [Insert State/Region Here] (or ability to obtain licensure). * Minimum of 3+ years of post-licensure experience in cadastral surveying. * Strong understanding of surveying principles, practices, and regulations. * Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
