This includes but is not limited to: performing wound assessments, providing wound dressing changes, administering medications as ordered by the physician, and documenting patient information in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The LPN – Treatment Team also assists with patient education and discharge planning as needed. Requirements: 1 year of experience as an LPN; current Maryland LPN license; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
