The Grid & Energy Management business unit specializes in the development of software solutions for the energy sector. Our offering includes intelligent solutions for grid operators in the electricity, gas, heat, oil, and water sectors. The focus is on modern grid control systems and energy trading software for the energy market.

Responsibilities
- System Customizer: You configure and parameterize our software precisely to ensure it optimally supports the individual business processes of our customers.
- Concept Strategist: Together with our customers, you develop customized solution concepts that combine technological excellence with the specific requirements of the company.
- Design Champion: You will independently manage our software modules in the area of Load Frequency Control (LFC) and Automatic Generation Control (AGC). With your scope for design, you will implement innovative ideas into sustainable and measurable results.
- Knowledge Enabler: In workshops and training sessions, you enable our customers to use our systems efficiently and to exploit their full potential for their business processes.
- System Analyst: With your analytical and practice-oriented approach, you continuously optimize the performance, stability, and reliability of our software systems in productive use.
Profile
- Solid Knowledge Foundation: You have completed a degree with an IT focus, vocational training as an IT specialist, or convince us as an ambitious career changer with strong IT affinity and the willingness to delve into complex subject areas.
- Practice in Control: You possess sound knowledge in control engineering and power frequency control. This allows you to actively shape current topics related to the system operation of the European interconnected grid, from power plant parks to railway traction power systems.
- Confident Self-Developer: You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high quality standard. You proactively take on responsibility and bring your projects to success with foresight and reliability.
- Tech Explorer: Linux, Bash, Python, or C++ are part of your toolkit. You enjoy delving deep into complex system architectures and use the command line as your central tool for efficiently analyzing, configuring, and further developing systems.
- Articulate Networker: With very good German skills (C1) and proficient English skills (B2), you communicate confidently with customers, partners, and colleagues – both nationally and internationally.
