Job Description As a Production Assistant, you will perform complex manufacturing and processing tasks according to instructions. You will take on technical responsibility for specific products or process steps and ensure the quality of your work. Key Responsibilities:

• Aufarbeitungs- und Fertigungstätigkeiten - Define and execute complex processing, setting, and assembly works according to instructions and specifications
• Bedienen und Programmieren automatischer Werkzeugmaschinen (User) - Ensure technical responsibility for specific product families or process steps
• Treffen von Entscheidungen (Level 1) für ausgeführte Arbeiten und festgestellte Abweichungen
• Diagnose and Prüfen - Erarbeiten and Durchführen komplexer Prüfungen von Prozessschritten nach gültigen Standards, with or without instructions
• Akkreditierte Prozesse (z. B. ZFP, Schweissen, Kleben) - Ensure process steps according to specifications, documentation of results, and reporting of deviations

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Zwingend: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre EBA or EFZ in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electrician or automation technician)
• Einwandfreier Strafregisterauszug sowie aktueller Betreibungsauszug (werden bei Stellenantritt eingefordert)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1)
• Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit nach Anweisungen und technischen Vorgaben
