What would you do as a Prevention Advisor at AUTO1 Group?

As a Prevention Advisor, you ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees. You are actively present at the headquarters, on our production site in Ghislenghien, and in Wijkopenautos agencies. You are the liaison between management, employees, unions, and external partners, and play a crucial role as a sparring partner for our VP.

To perform risk analyses and write detailed reports
To develop, implement, and follow up on prevention measures and safety programs
To ensure compliance with legislation regarding well-being and workplace safety
To organize and provide training sessions and awareness programs
To keep accurate records of legal documentation and registers
To participate in the monthly CPPT meeting and prepare monthly reports
To collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for an integrated approach
To advise management and employees on workplace safety and well-being
To contribute to developing a strong culture of safety within the organization
