Key Responsibilities: * Negotiate and finalise lettings agreements with landlords and tenants * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction * Conduct viewings and property inspections to ensure properties are presented in the best possible light * Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings agreements, viewings, and property inspections * Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process * Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the London property market, staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
