What you will do

Meet with customers to understand their lending needs

Apply lender criteria to customer requirements and prepare mortgage applications

Ensure all applications meet compliance requirements

Assist clients and advisers with lender queries and mortgage approvals

Liaise with customers to ensure all documents are accurate and complete

Negotiate interest rates and assist with loan rollovers and refixes

Maintain relationships with lenders, aggregators, real estate professionals, and referral partners

Stay up to date with industry regulations, lender policies, and market trends

Deliver exceptional service to build trust and long-term client relationships

Meet or exceed sales and performance targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong sales and relationship management skills, particularly in commercial lending

Certified in Financial Services - Level 5 (Lending Strand) - essential

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Lending Specialist

Proven sales success, business acumen, and high-performing mindset

Clear communicator with strong presentation skills

Organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented

High ethical standards and professional integrity

Experience in wealth management or financial advisory fields

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Self-motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, and resilient

Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities
