Leadership of Central Services (Finance, Controlling, Administration) (m/w/d)
Job description
You love answering complex questions, completely different financial bases and legal framework conditions, and adjusting them anew?
You have a sense for numbers and services?
You understand yourself not only as a leadership figure but also as a colleague who sometimes gets involved and takes over vacation coverage?
You are eager to digitize processes and workflows?

Tasks
- Leadership of central services (accounting, member administration, performance accounting, personnel management, IT/digitization, ...)
- Creating cost statements and ongoing reporting to the executive board
- Creating the business plan in consultation with the executive board
- Disciplinary and professional responsibility for employees in the central services area
- Cash management of immovable assets
- Insurance and risk monitoring
- Establishing a comprehensive controlling system including budget planning for individual departments
- Preliminary preparation of salary negotiations based on cost-performance accounts and cost plans
- Assets management
- Digitization and harmonization of our processes in accounting
Qualification
• You are an organizational talent, work structured, solution-oriented, and have
enjoyment in self-responsible working.
• You have a completed business administration degree, preferably with a focus on finance or a completed commercial/financial/banking education, preferably with relevant further training
- You are communicative, can relate to people, and have enthusiasm for team work
- You ideally already know some of our social offers or have the ability to quickly adapt to new task fields
- Ideally you know applications like DATEV, Metabase, or other tools or have the willingness to quickly qualify yourself
