Leadership Continuing Education (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged, entrepreneurial thinking person as Leadership Continuing Education (m/w/d) to build and develop our business field of continuing education. In this role, you will shape the strategic development, design new offers, and be responsible for their operational implementation.

The position is limited to two years. We aim to extend it.

Tasks

• Conceptualization, establishment, and further development of the business field continuing education
• Development of marketable continuing education offers (e.g., certification programs, modular formats, in-house training)
• Operative management of planning, organization, and implementation of continuing education offers
• Establishment of efficient processes and ensuring quality standards
• Closely cooperate with the continuing education department at Technical University Deggendorf
• Participate in developing a franchise/transfer model for scaling the offers
• Optional: Dispatch to Deggendorf for 2-3 months to work out the franchise model
• Network building and representation of the business field against partners, companies, and institutions
• Budget planning, economic management, and KPI-based controlling

Qualification

• Completed university degree (e.g., education management, economics, social sciences, engineering, etc.)
• Multiple years of professional experience in building or managing continuing education offers or educational programs
• Experience in conceiving and implementing projects as well as process design
• Economic understanding and experience in budget/result management
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills, including negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and high personal responsibility
• Travel readiness (including possible dispatch to Deggendorf for several weeks)
