We are Köhler + Partner – an owner-managed agency with around 90 employees. For over 50 years, we have been developing solutions for industrial companies, their technical products and innovations successfully marketing them. Our focal points: B2B communication, branding, public relations, design, campaigns, performance marketing for the machine building and automation technology sectors.

To further our success course, we are looking for a leadership web development and project management (m/w/d) at our agency location in Buchholz near Hamburg to start immediately.

Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for leading, conceiving, planning, and implementing web projects – with a focus on website development and relaunches, configurators, UX design, and user experience.
• You will lead and motivate our teams from the web development, project management, and content maintenance departments and foster their further development and optimize our performance portfolio in online marketing actively.
• You will advise our customers, recognize their requirements, and transform them into concrete measures for implementation.
• You will plan resources, keep budgets in mind, and ensure that projects are realized efficiently and with high quality.
• You will monitor current online marketing trends, lead new impulses for innovations for us and our customers, and develop new processes and methods.

Qualifikation

• A completed degree in the field of digital media, marketing, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of experience in project management for web projects in an agency environment.
• Leadership experience with pleasure in developing people, motivating teams, and making them successful.
• Fundamental knowledge in the areas of web development and content management systems (TYPO3, WordPress, Magento).
• High customer orientation and advisory competence as well as the strength to translate complex requirements clearly and understandably.
• A sovereign demeanor, paired with empathy, team orientation, and the ability to provide structure and security in demanding situations.
