Leadership Technology and Maintenance (m/w/d) Industrial Production

An employer is a economically stable, medium-sized production company.
In the context of succession, we are looking for a leadership position (m/w/d) for the technical responsibility for the production site in the area of technology and maintenance.
Tasks
- Surety of the technical availability of all production and packaging facilities
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Responsibility for technical building equipment, infrastructure, and maintenance
- Analysis of technical weaknesses and implementation of specific improvement measures
- Monitoring and optimization of processes and operational flows
- Creation, maintenance, and implementation of maintenance and maintenance plans
- Leadership, guidance, and development of the technology team
Structured deployment and capacity planning for employees - Compliance with legal regulations and responsibility for budgets
- Planning and leadership of technical projects, modernizations, and investments
Qualification
- Completed technical training with further education as a master or technician or an engineering degree
- Mult-year professional experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience in the food industry is advantageous
- Very good technical understanding of complex production facilities
- Experience in planning and implementing technical projects
- Safe handling with common IT and office applications
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
- Hands-on mentality
- Leadership experience and team ability
