Your tasks: Leading the team in the area of social care
Personnel deployment planning
Creating individual care plans
Planning, organizing, and implementing leisure and care offers for residents
Quality control and documentation of the care offers provided

Your profile: Completed vocational training as an ergotherapist, gerontopsychiatric specialist, social worker, or social educator (m/w/d)
First professional experience as Leadership Social Care desired
Sensitivity and openness
Leadership skills and team ability
Social competence and sense of responsibility
