We are looking for a Head of Social Services (m/f/d) for the Residential Care Home Alte Feuerwache in Hambrücken on a part-time basis (23.4 hours/week).

• You are a reliable point of contact for the concerns of clients and their relatives, and you advise on services and support options in various life situations.
• You help to achieve occupancy goals and support new clients in integrating into the residential group.
• You organize cross-group activities and events that promote quality of life and participation.
• You work with service providers and partners in the neighborhood to organize services as needed (Case Management) and to promote networking with the community.
• You are responsible for the integration of employees and take care of health promotion and volunteer work.

• Completed studies in social pedagogy, social work, social psychology, social management, care management, health pedagogy, special needs education (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience and ideally initial management experience in the areas of social services, care, support, administration
• High social competence: Ability to build and professionally manage relationships
• Sense of responsibility, professionalism, and solution-oriented action
• Communication skills, team spirit, and empathy
