Leadership of Resource & Personnel Management (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful, internationally active industrial company with strong project business and high technical expertise. For the professional management of commercial personnel in- and outside Germany, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality with hands-on mentality and organizational foresight. In this responsible key role, you will take over the operational and strategic management of personnel resources for national and international projects and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the personnel resources required for these projects. Your tasks will include developing and implementing personnel strategies, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities in the area of personnel management. You will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed successfully and on time.
