We are looking for a growing care service in Hanover for a Recruiting Leadership (m/w/d)

The care service has a clear task: You want to rethink care – and win the right employees.
Therefore, we seek you as Recruiting Leadership (m/w/d), who not only fills positions, but builds structures, shapes processes, and develops recruiting strategically.

You will get true scope for design, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to make recruiting measurably better – for applicants, executives, and the company.

Tasks

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire recruiting of the care service
• Development and implementation of modern recruiting strategies
• Steering and further development of all recruiting channels
• Closely working with management and care service leaders to plan personnel needs
• Optimization of the candidate journey
• Introduction and further development of KPIs
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A TALENT POOL
• Fuhrung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung ggf. vorhandener Recruiting-Mitarbeitender

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in recruiting, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Experience in the healthcare or care sector an advantage, but not a must
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
• Understanding of modern recruiting tools, ATS systems, and digital processes
• Analytical understanding for key figures and recruiting success
