Financial Management Leadership (m/w/d)

An esteemed, mid-sized family-owned company that has been providing engineering services to its nationwide customers for over 85 years. To further develop this orientation, our client is looking for a Financial Management Leader (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Independent implementation of financial accounting (excluding payroll accounting) including creditor and debtor management.
• Coordination of monthly reports and annual statements in collaboration with tax consulting.
• Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity control.
• Optimization of processes in the financial department.
• Supporting business leadership on financial issues and strategic decisions.

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with additional qualification (e.g. accounting clerk) or business studies with a focus on accounting / controlling.
• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting or financial management / controlling.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. DATEV) and Excel.
• Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and independent working style.
• Sense of responsibility, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality.
