Tasks

Your tasks at Würth:

• In the area of quality assurance, your focus will be on our product quality, including the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as continuous development of our QS team.
• In the field of application technology, your focus will be on comprehensive product consulting for our customers as well as the further development of our products and services.
• As Technology Manager, you will accompany and steer F&E projects and maintain contact with universities, research institutions, and application partners.
• You initiate, manage, and actively support our demanding F&E projects.
• Your heart beats for the maintenance and continuous improvement of our management systems, including the development and implementation of guidelines, procedures, and processes to achieve the highest quality standards and maintain them.
• In addition, you will actively contribute to the establishment and implementation of our sustainability strategy; this includes improving and ensuring the quality of reporting (implementation of CSRD), research and analysis tasks, analyzing value creation chains and their impacts.
• You are responsible for CO2 balance sheet in the context of sustainability reporting (CCF and PCF).

Qualification
