Leadership Quality Management & Assurance (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Planning and implementation of internal audits, including measures for follow-up, as well as organization of external audits
• Qualification, selection, and evaluation of suppliers in close coordination with our procurement department, as well as the conduct of supplier audits
• Preparation and evaluation of complaint statistics (customers & suppliers) and derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Promotion and further development of quality management documentation, as well as guidance for process owners
• Fachliche and disciplinary leadership of a small team in quality assurance and testing
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement process and promotion of internal customer-supplier relationships; responsibility for QM and QS processes
• Participation in the development and improvement of product specifications, as well as responsibility for QS budget and participation in personnel decisions

Qualification

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial training with additional qualification in quality management desired
• Fundamental knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 and demonstrated experience in quality assurance
• Excellent IT skills, as well as a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Outstanding leadership skills, social strength, and confident demeanor
• Analytical and structured thinking, high stress tolerance, and flexibility
• Communication skills, presentation, and moderation abilities, as well as conflict resolution and cooperation skills
• German and English in writing and speaking
