Head of Project Management Process Engineering & Assemblies (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally active, economically successful industrial company that develops and produces technologically demanding components and system solutions for various industrial applications.

The company stands for high technical competence, quality, and customer-specific solutions. To further strengthen the technical department, we are looking for an experienced leader as Head of Project Management (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the project management team
• Control and prioritization of the project portfolio including resource planning in coordination with the specialist departments
• Ensuring project implementation in compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Further development and standardization of project management methods and processes
• Identification and management of project risks, regular reporting to management

Qualifications

• Completed university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• In-depth knowledge of classic and agile project management methods
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
