Head of Project Execution / Project Manager Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Our client is an established corporate group specializing in technically demanding solutions in plant engineering and project business. Complex customer projects are managed and implemented holistically by interdisciplinary project teams, from technical design through procurement and manufacturing to assembly.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of project managers
• Technical and commercial management of the entire project portfolio
• Ensuring the achievement of goals with regard to quality, deadlines, budget, and contribution margin
• Introduction and further development of uniform project management standards and KPIs
• Responsibility for risk, claim, and additional payment management
• Coaching of project managers in the areas of project management, leadership, and customer communication

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management in plant engineering
• Leadership experience (disciplinary and/or in matrix structures)
• Practical experience in risk, claim, and additional payment management
• Strong communication skills in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Structured way of working
