Our client is a reliable partner for the realization of complex projects in planning and construction engineering in the energy technology sector as well as in the field of network and communication technology. With over 2500 employees, our customer is currently represented in 8 countries. For the further development of business activities, we are looking for an experienced leadership figure to lead a profit center in Germany.

Tasks

• Establishment, leadership, and overall responsibility for the profit center in Germany
• First point of contact for successful project development and project controlling
• Pivotal role in all relevant sales projects and business developments
• Coordination of projects and tenders
• Sales and budget responsibility, P&L, reporting to the corporate center
• Market analysis and market building for the high-voltage sector
• Guiding and coordinating large-scale projects in the area of responsibility

Qualification

• You bring a completed technical or commercial degree with you and have already successfully led employees directly, indirectly, and/or as project leaders.
• Outstanding expertise in the management and coordination of large-scale projects
• Analytical thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
• First experience in the field of high-voltage or construction engineering
• Safe and professional demeanor when dealing with investors and partners
• Fundamental knowledge of project and contract management
• High affinity to sales and business development
• Result-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on mentalityVery good German and English skills

Salary: from € 120,000 gross p.a. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a market-conformative remuneration will be offered.
