Leadership Human Resources (m/w/d) An internationally active corporate group with several locations in Europe is currently undergoing a phase of structural development. As part of this modernization, the human resources department will be newly aligned and professionally developed. In this central function, you will take overall responsibility for all strategic and operational HR matters within the group. You will report directly to the management board and shape the future development of the company's personnel policy. Your tasks will include: • Strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives, • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, • Leadership and guidance of HR teams, • Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination, • Analysis and evaluation of HR metrics and KPIs, • Identification and mitigation of risks and potential issues. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. You should have several years of experience in HR leadership roles and be familiar with current labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions.
