What You Do

Would you like to actively shape the training and further education of a diverse corporate group and strategically develop vocational training? In this key position, you will take responsibility for human resources development and make an important contribution to the advancement of our employees, apprentices, and interns.

• Responsibility for ensuring and strategically expanding group-wide training and further education offers and instruments
• Overall responsibility for vocational training within the Vigier companies in close cooperation with vocational and practical trainers
• Coordination and support of interns during their training placements within the company
• Support and further development of existing HR development systems as a superuser (Learning Management System, training inventory, certificate tool, etc.)
• Leadership and support of projects as well as change management measures for the introduction and optimization of modern HR instruments
• Identification of training and further education needs as well as conception, planning, and implementation of corresponding development programs
• Analysis and assurance of the effectiveness and sustainability of training and development measures
• Consultation and support of managers as well as HR Business Partners in all matters of human resources development and vocational training
• Development and continuous improvement of systematic succession planning together with line managers and the HR team

What You Bring

• Further education in HR at the level of a certified specialist or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in human resources development as well as in training and learning management
• Experience in leading or participating in projects; further training in project management is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of the HR environment as well as vocational training
• High degree of independence, assertiveness, and strong implementation skills
• Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic approach to work
• Very good IT user skills as well as interest in digital HR tools and their further development
• German or French as a native language with very good knowledge of the other language
• Willingness to travel within our catchment area as well as a driver's license and personal vehicle
