Our Business Center Low Code specializes in developing individual and practice-oriented IT solutions based on forward-looking technologies. In this context, we support transformation and digitalization projects in the public and healthcare sectors from requirements analysis to conception and development to operation and take over various tasks in project management.

We are looking for a experienced leadership Outsystems Solutions (m/w/d) nationwide who wants to further develop our consulting offer.

Aufgaben

You want:

• To strategically develop and position our Outsystems business as an independent consulting offer in the market.
• To take responsibility for building up a scalable portfolio of services in the Low-Code area with a focus on Outsystems.
• To accompany customers from first contact to solution implementation.
• To actively shape the interface between sales, customers, and delivery teams.
• To expand internal and external networks and engage in community building.
• To identify new market potential, qualify leads, and derive concrete consulting approaches and projects from them.
• To build and maintain long-term customer relationships and position yourself as a sparring partner.

Qualifikation

You have:

• The ambition to bring Low-Code solutions with Outsystems to our target customers in the healthcare sector and public sector.
• Multiple years of experience in Outsystems projects – ideally in a leading function or as a central point of contact for the customer.
• A deep understanding of consulting and solution business in the IT context and proven successes in presales or active sales.
• Experience in recognizing customer needs, formulating solutions, and developing convincing consulting approaches from them.
• An entrepreneurial mindset that motivates you to build new business fields with strategic foresight.
• The ability to move on eye level with customers and internal stakeholders – both professionally and communicatively.
• A existing and development-capable network in Low-Code in the IT and organizational consulting sector.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as a confident appearance in the German-speaking customer environment.
