Leadership (m/w/d) for our Daycare in Neuperlach sought

In our daycare center located at Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße in Munich-Neuperlach, we accompany children from 6 months to 3 years of age in a lovingly designed environment. The facility offers spacious, bright rooms with natural materials and an outdoor area that allows for diverse movement and nature experiences. Our pedagogical concept is based on the Bavarian Education and Training Plan and places particular emphasis on participation, inclusion, and the promotion of children's individual development. We are looking for a leader who can support our team in implementing this concept and ensuring the well-being of our young charges. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. A degree in pedagogy or a related field is required.
