Head of Quality Management/Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

To further expand the successful business model of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Quality Management/Quality Assurance (m/f/d) in permanent employment for a renowned company from Gütersloh.

As a specialized personnel consultant, we place you directly with our regional client companies as part of personnel placement (NO temporary work).

The placement process is of course free of charge for you.

Your tasks

• Technical leadership of the Quality Management / Quality Assurance team, taking into account our clients' requirements

• Further development, maintenance, and monitoring of the quality and self-control system, taking into account legal and internal requirements

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of audits (BIO & IFS Broker)

• Contact person for customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and other external organizations

• Coordination, processing, and support of complaints, including communication with suppliers and customers

• Consultation and support of internal specialist departments on quality and food law issues

• Planning and execution of supplier audits from various origins

Your first months in the role

You will familiarize yourself with the existing QM structures, analyze the internal processes, and further expand the quality standards together with the team.

What you bring with you

• Advantageous: completed studies in food technology or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance in the food sector

• In-depth knowledge of food law as well as HACCP, self-control systems, and auditing

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Conceptual, analytical, and strategic approach to work

• Proficient in common MS Office applications

Remuneration

The annual salary for this position is between EUR 50,000 and EUR 60,000.
