Leadership (m/w/d) of the Diet Kitchen

The Klinikum Leverkusen Service GmbH supplies as a 100% subsidiary of the Klinikum Leverkusen gGmbH all non-medical and non-nursing services to the companies within the Klinikum group as well as partners in the health park. As a competent provider with 600 employees, it also ensures the physical infrastructure for the further development of the health park. We are looking for additional leadership (m/w/d) of the diet kitchen on an ongoing basis in full-time. Tasks include:• Planning and organization of meals and snacks for patients and staff members;• Ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines and regulations;• Supervising and training a team of 10-15 employees;• Maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation;• Developing and implementing new recipes and menus;• Collaborating with the hospital's nutrition department to ensure seamless integration of services. The ideal candidate should have:• A degree in nutrition, dietetics or a related field;• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;• Excellent communication and leadership skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
