Leadership Mechanical Construction (m/w/d) - Shape Technology, Team & Future at ASIS

You want to not only manage processes but actively shape technology? At ASIS in Landshut, you will take over as Leader of Mechanical Construction strategic responsibility for three locations. Tasks

• Leadership of the construction team in Landshut (15 people) as well as coordination of teams in Böblingen and Oldenburg
• Strategic further development of methods, processes, and tools in mechanical construction
• Control of complex plant projects from concept development to handover
• Resource planning, budget responsibility, and targeted employee development
• Promotion of standardization, modularization, and cross-location synergies
• Closely working with project management, production, sales, and external partners
• Shaping a learning-oriented, open corporate culture and onboarding new colleagues

Qualification

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, automation or process technology
• At least 3-6 years of leadership experience in mechanical construction
• Fundamental CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor or MicroStation)
• Experience in leading and coordinating cross-location teams
• Clear, empathetic communication and leadership on eye level
• Knowledge in the field of plant engineering, process technology or automation
• Structured thinking, strategic foresight and entrepreneurial instinct
• Fluent German and English
• Residence in the Landshut region or willingness to relocate
