The Destination Davos Klosters stands for Sport, Congresses, Events, Culture and Lifestyle. The region convinces with an excellent infrastructure and high quality of life both for guests and locals. Your tasks In this function you are responsible for the marketing and communication of the tourism organization Davos Klosters. You contribute significantly to sharpening the positioning, brand and messages of the destination with your team of 13 employees by developing a consistent image and message strategy, creating content and implementing campaigns. You will also be involved in the development of the Destination's overall strategy and contribute to the coordination of internal and external communication measures. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Destination Davos Klosters; • Creating and distributing content (text, images, videos) for various channels (social media, website, print media); • Designing and implementing campaigns for events, congresses and festivals; • Maintaining and developing the Destination's brand and image; • Coordinating internal and external communication measures; • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (media, partners, sponsors); • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities; • Contributing to the development of the Destination's overall strategy. Your qualifications: • University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; • Several years of experience in marketing and communications; • Strong knowledge of digital media and social networks; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • High level of creativity and innovative thinking; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage.
