You understand IT infrastructure not just as operation, but as a decisive factor for the future of a company? You combine technological expertise with leadership strength and drive changes actively forward? As Leadership IT Infrastructure, you will take on a central role within our IT. You develop our infrastructure further, strengthen IT security, and create the foundation for a high-performance and future-proof IT landscape together with your team.

• Leadership You lead and develop our IT infrastructure team professionally and disciplinarily further. In doing so, you rely on cooperation, commitment, and sustainable development of your employees.
• IT Infrastructure Design You are responsible for planning, operating, and developing our networks, server landscapes, cloud platforms, and data center structures.
• Transformation Drive You steer important infrastructure, modernization, and IT security projects and shape the future of our IT actively with.
• IT Security Strengthening You ensure compliance with and security requirements and develop existing security concepts continuously further.
• Project Management You prioritize, manage, and track strategically important IT projects with high business impact.
• Internationalization Enablement You create a scalable and future-proof infrastructure that meets the requirements of an internationally oriented company group.
• Partner Management You work closely with external service providers and technology partners together and take on budget responsibility for your area.

Framing & Success

You report directly to the IT Application Management department head and take on responsibility for the IT Infrastructure Management department. Together with the IT Application Management department head, you form one of the two central leadership pillars of our IT organization.

You lead a team of seven employees and our helpdesk team with eight employees in indirect management through the team leader. In doing so, you drive the development of our infrastructure, IT security, and data center landscape actively forward.

This is What You Bring

fachlich:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Long-term experience in the IT infrastructure field as well as several years of leadership experience
• Fundamental knowledge in the areas of infrastructure, networks, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and IT security
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex IT infrastructures and larger IT projects
• Experience in IT service management, ideally according to ITIL
• Understanding of the challenges faced by a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
