Your mission:

• Responsibility for the management and economic success of existing real estate.
• Ensuring maintenance, modernization, and renovation measures.
• Optimization of lease agreements, additional costs, and contract management.
• Identification and evaluation of new real estate locations as well as implementation of acquisition projects.
• Accompanying new build, refurbishment, and renovation projects.
• BUILDING, leading, and developing the real estate team as well as coordinating external service providers.
• Creating reports, monitoring real estate performance, and strategic planning.
• Developing and implementing real estate strategies in close coordination with management, controlling, and other relevant departments.

Your profile:

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Business Administration or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in real estate management, project development, and location acquisition
• Proven experience in building structures, processes, or departments
• In-depth knowledge of technical real estate management and construction engineering
• Strong in contract negotiations (lease law, work contract law)
• Strategic thinking and operational hands-on competence
• Communicative, sovereign, and experienced leader
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
