The Spanish Riding School has existed for more than 450 years and is a traditional and service-oriented company with an international reputation. The knowledge about classical riding art and its representation as "High School" as well as the oral transmission from one generation of grooms to the next counts since 2015 as intangible UNESCO cultural heritage of humanity. Leadership HR Management (m/w/d) For the comprehensive responsibility of our HR department, we are looking for a leadership HR management (m/w/d) to be responsible for the entire HR area and to lead the team with passion and dedication. The tasks include: • Development and implementation of HR strategies and concepts • Design and implementation of HR processes and procedures • Leadership and guidance of the HR team • Coordination and cooperation with other departments and teams • Support and advice to management and employees • Monitoring and evaluation of HR metrics and KPIs • Development and maintenance of HR policies and guidelines. The ideal candidate should have: • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Fluency in German (spoken and written) • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
