This includes the planning, organization, and control of projects as well as the monitoring of project progress and the identification of potential risks. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in building technology and experience in project management. In addition to the technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills are also required. The ability to work independently and take initiative is essential for this role. The job holder will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
