Tasks

• Leadership and management of the Galvanics and Environmental Technology department, including planning and implementing projects.
• Development of innovative procedures for improving galvanics and minimizing environmental impacts.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all processes.
• Coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Monitoring and analysis of process key figures for continuous improvement of efficiency.
• Training and further education of employees in the field of environmental aspects and galvanics procedures.

Qualification

• Completed master's or university degree (chemistry or process engineering), preferably with a doctorate or equivalent training.
• Multiple years of leadership and professional experience in industrial chemistry, ideally with in-depth knowledge from surface technology/chemistry.
• Fundamental knowledge of environmental regulations and their implementation in industrial processes.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competencies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Independent and result-oriented work style.
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, with additional foreign languages being an advantage.
