Therefore, we are looking for a flexible and stress-resistant leader with the corresponding qualifications. Areas of responsibility: Organizational and professional leadership, participation in accompanying the clients in pedagogical and therapeutic processes, coordination of project teams, and development of project concepts. The successful candidate will have a degree in social work, pedagogy, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential.
