Leadership for Exclusive Cosmetics Institute (m/w/d) in Full-time in Munich-Bogenhausen

"The Beauty Makers at Friedensengel" are an exclusive, physician-led institute for Aesthetic Medicine and high-quality cosmetics in Munich-Bogenhausen. The institute has been in operation for more than 10 years and has a high-value patient base.

We are currently seeking an engaged and experienced leader (m/w/d) in full-time, starting as soon as possible, preferably by October 1st, 2026, to lead our institute professionally and organizationally with heart and entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and shape the institute.

Tasks

• Fachliche, organisatorische und konzeptionelle Leitung des Instituts mit Raum für eigene Ideen und Konzepte
• Durchführung hochwertiger kosmetischer Gesichts- und Körperbehandlungen with the Premium-Lines SOTHYS and CRAITHLAB
• Kompetente Beratung sowie aktiver Verkauf hochwertiger Pflegeprodukte
• Anleitung und Einarbeitung einer Halbtagskraft
• Erstellung von Behandlungskonzepte und Businessplänen
• Gewinnung von neuen Patienten
• Marketing (online and Social Media) in close cooperation with a Munich agency

Qualification

• Completed training as a cosmetician with comprehensive professional experience
• First leadership or responsibility experience is desirable
• A strong pleasure in consulting and product sales
• A personal patient base is an advantage
• Pleasant, confident demeanor and joy in dealing with people
• Very good German language skills, English language skills for our international patients are advantageous
