Leadership Finance & Accounting (m/w/d) for our Corporate Group

The Lietmeyer Corporate Group is a dynamic and continuously growing corporate group in the real estate industry. We manage around 4,500 residential units across eight federal states and implement projects in the areas of new construction, renovation, facility management, and property administration.

Our team is growing further – that's why we're looking for a department head (m/w/d) for the entire Finance & Accounting area to join us in shaping the future.

Tasks

• Self-contained leadership and organization of the Finance and Accounting department
• Professional and disciplinary personnel management
• Accounting support for all operational companies and holding companies
• Preliminary year-end closing activities
• Control and monitoring of payroll accounting and contribution accounts
• Correspondence and close cooperation with tax consultants
• Analyzing business key figures and deriving recommendations for action
• Optimizing internal processes in the finance department

Qualification

• A successful exam as a tax consultant, degree as a certified accountant or an equivalent academic degree
• Prior experience in a leadership position in finance and accounting
• A structured, self-reliant, and responsible work style
• Knowledge of working with property management programs such as Navi, Wodis Sigma, etc. is desirable
• Assertiveness, team spirit, and communication strength
