Tasks

Your role

As Leadership Case Management, you are responsible for the entire professional field of DRV-Fallmanagement – professionally, organizationally, and strategically.

You lead an experienced case management team, ensure quality, develop structures further, and actively contribute to the content and economic development of the company.

Your tasks at a glance

• Leadership, guidance, and further development of the professional field of Fallmanagement
• Surety of high-quality, effective, and economical case management
• Supervision, quality assurance, and further development of professional standards
• Implementation of target objectives and regular reporting to the management team
• Participation in strategic and economic decisions
• Participation in personnel decisions, recruitment, and onboarding
• Promotion and expansion of cooperation with contracting authorities (e.g. DRV, Reha Clinics)

Qualification

What you bring

You are professionally grounded, experienced in leadership, and decision-strong.

• Studies in the field of Social Work, Pedagogy or Psychology
  or

• Vocational training in the health or social sector
  or

• Rehabilitation-related qualification

  with several years of relevant professional experience

• Very good knowledge of social insurance and rehabilitation law

• Experience in medical and vocational rehabilitation

• Leadership experience and joy in developing people and structures

• Self-organized, structured work style and entrepreneurial thinking

• Empathy, communication strength, and professional attitude

• Travel readiness and driver's license class B

• Safe handling of digital working tools

A supplementary qualification in case management (DGCC/CDMP) is welcome, but not a requirement.
