Leadership of Early Childhood Department 40% Neuhausen am Rheinfall is with over 12,000 inhabitants the second-largest municipality in the canton of Schaffhausen. For the area of Early Childhood, we develop and coordinate offers for children in preschool age and their families. To further develop and reorient this department, we are looking on August 1, 2026 for a committed personality as Leadership of Early Childhood Department 40% Tasks Implementation and further development of the municipal early childhood services, coordination with other departments, and representation of the department within the municipality. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, project management, and communication. He/she should be able to work independently and take initiative. The ability to think strategically and make decisions is also expected. In addition, the candidate should have a strong interest in early childhood education and care. The working language of the department is German, but knowledge of English is an advantage. The position is full-time (40%) and is located in Neuhausen am Rheinfall.
