Management Single Retail / Two Locations (m/w/d)

📍 Berlin Uhlandstraße & Behrenstraße | Full-time | as soon as possible

The Berlin Coffee Roastery has stood for three generations for artisanal coffee, genuine advice, and a brand that you can feel. We're growing – and now we're looking for a leadership figure to lead two of our locations independently.

Who we're looking for

We're not looking for a classic branch manager.

We're looking for a strong personality who is present on the floor, leads teams clearly, and makes decisions – without long decision-making processes. You report directly to the management team and bear overall responsibility for our locations in Uhlandstraße and Behrenstraße.

You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and see digital tools – including AI – as a natural part of your daily work.

Tasks

• Operative leadership of the main location Uhlandstraße – present on the floor every day
• Overall responsibility for the Behrenstraße location: team, quality, decisions
• Führung, motivation and further development of both teams
• Sales and consulting at a high level
• Cash register, inventory, and compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Implementation of actions, events, and sales-promoting measures

Qualification

• Multiple years of leadership experience in retail
• A clear, strong personality with genuine decision-making enthusiasm
• Entrepreneurial thinking and result-oriented approach
• Safe handling of digital tools and openness to AI in daily work
• Very good German language skills (at least C1), red card according to § 43 IfSG
• Readiness to work on weekends and public holidays
