Leadership of the Human Resources Department (m/f/d)

The Board is writing the leadership of the department 'Human Resources' of the Management & Participations Sector of Holding Graz – Municipal Services GmbH. The position shall be appointed in accordance with the Staff Appointment Act 1998, as amended by BGBl. I No. 35/2012, from May 1, 2026, for a period of 5 years. This is a leadership function at the second level within the company, whose task not only includes strategic, economic and organizational management of the department, but also the development and implementation of HR strategies, as well as the coordination and control of all HR processes and measures. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of around 20 employees and will report directly to the Management Board. The tasks include, among others, the development and implementation of HR policies, the management of personnel planning and budgeting, the coordination of training and further education programs, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of HR key performance indicators. The successful candidate should have a university degree in human resources or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in HR leadership positions, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
